  • American Songwriter

    Key Largo is the creative force behind American Songwriter, a cable access show produced at the Media Center in Palo Alto.  The show features emerging Bay Area songwriters and bands in an informal 30-minute music/interview format.  Watch it locally on Comcast channels 27 and 28 and streamed at these times or on demand at our Blip TV Channel.  More info about the bands at myspace.com/AmericanSongwriterShow.

     American Songwriter can be watched in other markets as well on Comcast Channel 15 in San Jose, Friday evenings at 8:30 pm.  Shows are also streamed live from the station's website www.creatvsj.org.  Additionally we are now being cablecast in Fresno, Berkeley and in faraway places like MYOU in Madison, Wisconsin.  Through a file sharing site, Pegmedia we are able to share our 19 episodes with cable access TV stations all over the country.  We're in 50 markets now.  

  • Collaborations

    In association with Lindsey Boullt Productions of San Francisco, Key Largo produced the 75th Lindsey Boullt’s Musician’s Showcase held on December 6, 2008 at the 23 Club in Brisbane. The showcase featured 100% local bands.   Eight hours of footage shot by three cameras was edited at Key Largo into a 2 hour highlights show and cablecast on Comcast Channels 27 and 28 in the Comcast midpeninsula service areas. Renowned guitarist, LINDSEY BOULLT started his Musician’s Showcase 14 years ago as an outlet for students to get performing experience in real-life clubs. It has evolved into a highly respected forum for students, emerging artists and established bands in the SF Bay area.

  • Educational Programs

    Key Largo provided post production services for Extreme Makeover Math Edition, Episode 2, an educational television program produced by Sonoma State’s GEAR-UP program through a $50,000 grant from AT&T.  In addition to editing the half-hour program and creating graphics, Key Largo licensed two original songs to be used in the score.  Those original songs Come Play with Me and D&A can be heard on our myspace page.

  • Music for Film Score

    In 2009, Key Largo placed original music in a 20 minute indie short.  Producer Ari Kravitz' LAUNCHED debuted at the Victoria Theater in San Francisco, June 7, 2009 featuring "Moonwaves II" an original piece of Key Largo Co-founder Scott Van Duyne.  Key Largo also introduced Kravtiz to the band Punchface.  Through that connection, Punchface placed its original song DIVINE in the short film.  Punchface appeared on American Songwriter in December 2008.

  • PSAs and Short Pieces

    We produce pro bono PSAs and Promos for non-profits.  Check out the work we did celebrating WCS member Jenn Adan's #1 hit song that she wrote recorded by Blake Shelton.
